The Northwest Editors Guild on Social Media

We love to keep in touch with members and other editors around the world, and social media gives us a great opportunity to do exactly that. You can find us on LinkedIn, on Facebook, Bluesky, Instagram (#StetPets and events only), and on another Facebook page just for our Oregon and southwest Washington state members. (Note: We no longer post to X (formerly Twitter), but you can still look at old tweets.)

One important element of our social media presence is our mascot, Giant Pencil. To find out more about this well-dressed No. 2, read a Q&A with it on our blog, and check out its page here.

Every Wednesday since 2017, we’ve highlighted a furry, feathered, scaly, or slimy editorial assistant on our social media channels as a #StetPet. Learn more, and find out how your pet can earn all the virtual fame and ear scratches of the online editorial community and be featured as a #StetPet!
